OUR POLICY

Returns & Exchanges                                                                As soon as you receive your new merchandise please inspect and try them on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 7 days from the date you received your order for exchange or return.  Contact us within 3 day(72 hours) of delivery for an RMA# to be issued.  Outside of the 7days we do not offer return or exchange under any circumstance.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused, with all garment tags still attached and in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Items not eligible for refund                                                       Items purchased on sale/clearance, or discounted with a coupon/ promotional code are not eligible for refund and are only eligible for return for store credit unless otherwise stated.  House of Me will issue this Store Credit to an active account on file.  Final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

FULL REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ELIGIBLE FOR ITEMS PURCHASED AT FULL PRICE AND RECEIVED BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

We do have some warehouses outside of the US if that is the case for your merchandise, you are responsible for all freight charges and return service charges on any refused order. We will credit your account for all merchandise less a 25% restocking fee on.  Non-defective, wrong address item returns will be charged a 25% restocking fee refusal.  Drop ship fees will not be refunded on refused orders.  This will be communicated to you when you request the RMA#.

Repeated Returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your House of Me account.

Late Returns
Your purchase should be sent back to us within the 7 days of receiving your order.  Returns outside of this period are not accepted.  We understand that circumstances may sometimes be out the customers control in that case a store credit will be provided at the discretion of House of Me.

Shoes and Handbags
When trying on shoes and handbags, please be mindful not to scratch the soles of the shoes or dirty up the handbags. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping.

Gifts
To arrange a gift return, please email returns@shophouseofme.com and we will assist you further.

Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.  To return or exchange your gift selection contact us at returns@shophouseofme.com

Faulty goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request your Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return the faulty goods to us within 7 days of the day you received them.

Shipping Times & Rates
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, House of me does not ship orders to post office boxes. We are able to accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.
For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:


Items ordered together may not always ship together and may be delivered at different times. 

MORE INFORMATION ON COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING:
•The price of the merchandise must meet the required amount in order to receive complimentary shipping.
•Sales tax does not count toward the total amount.
•Multiple items totaling the required amount will not receive free shipping if sent to multiple addresses.
•The ending time for offers and promotions is 11:59PM Pacific Standard Time on the last day of the offer.

Articles are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 7 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply.

Canceling an order

Please note - Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours due to processing procedures.   Any packages returned undeliverable will be charged a 25% restocking fee. If you refuse a shipment from House of Me you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to House of Me or its wholesalers. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.  You can Company policy. Thank you.
